Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your TaZe Global account directly in the app from My Profile - Permanently Delete My Account.
1. How to Delete Your Account
Open the app, go to My Profile, and use the Permanently Delete My Account option. You may be asked to confirm the request to protect your account from accidental or unauthorized deletion.
2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account becomes unavailable to you.
- We delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account unless limited retention is required.
- Chat history, farm records, uploaded content, and profile data may be removed as part of the deletion workflow.
3. What We May Retain
In some cases, we may retain limited information for security, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, legal compliance, dispute handling, or to demonstrate that a deletion request was completed.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. If you purchased through an app store, cancel the subscription through that store's subscription management tools to avoid future charges.
5. Timing
Some deletions may be completed immediately, while others may require a reasonable processing period. If additional time is needed, we may keep limited data until the deletion workflow is complete or legal retention obligations expire.
