1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity that takes place under your account. You must use the service lawfully and in good faith.

2. Service Description

TaZe Global provides AI-assisted agricultural guidance, weather insights, field management tools, images and voice analysis, and related product features. Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued over time.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Some features require a paid plan.
• Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in the app, on the relevant store page, or both.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the billing platform used for purchase.
• Apple and Google control payment processing, certain cancellation flows, and some refund decisions.
• If you delete your account, you may still need to cancel an active subscription through the relevant app store to avoid future billing.

4. Acceptable Use

• You must not misuse the service, scrape the platform, reverse engineer protected functionality, or try to gain unauthorized access.
• You must not upload unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content.
• You must not use TaZe Global in a way that could harm other users, our systems, or third parties.

5. AI and Agronomic Guidance Disclaimer

TaZe Global provides decision-support information only. Recommendations, alerts, and analysis are not guaranteed agronomic, legal, pesticide, environmental, or emergency advice. You remain responsible for professional judgment, local law compliance, crop protection decisions, and field operations.

6. User Content and Permissions

You are responsible for the content you submit, including chat prompts, farm logs, images, and voice input. You confirm that you have the right to submit that content and allow us to process it to operate the service.

7. Third-Party Services

TaZe Global relies on third-party providers for cloud hosting, authentication, AI processing, weather data, mapping, notifications, and billing. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

8. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, misuse is detected, or security or legal concerns require it. You may request account deletion at any time from the app. For more detail, see our Account Deletion page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TaZe Global is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or suitability for every farm, crop, climate, or regulatory context.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you in-app, by email, or by updating the effective date shown above.
